When telling time in Gerudo: you say [number of minutes] ushla (after) [hour]. e.g. Zimafzü gicha-e (minutes) ushla Zaymaf-ti, ha'as, ('Its 25 minutes after 20.00') or simply '20.25' (8.25 PM).

You can also say 'Half-past' (Aedmal ushla [hour]) or 'Zamaf gica-e uxla [hour]' (30 minutes after [hour]).

Yanae-e ju va Tihn (Days of the Week)

In Gerudo Valley, the days work very differently than they do in the rest of Hyrule. Instead of the days being named after deities or natural elements: numbers are used.
